Steps

Start Windows PowerShell in the Administrator Command Prompt by typing:

To install .NET Framework 3.5 from installation media located on a network share, use the following command:

Install-WindowsFeature Net-Framework-Core -source \\network\share\sxs

Where \\network\share\sxs is the location of the source files.

To verify installation, run the following command:

The Install State column should show Installed for the .NET Framework 3.5 (includes .NET 2.0 and 3.0) feature.

extract the zip file to C:\
locate the .bat from C:\install-cerberus.bat and double click it
the just run the script and accept all with y or yes
and last step copy C:\Arachni.exe manually on your desktop and any time you want to launch Cerberus run it!

the last step is to install xming from the installer included on this package and run it any time you
want to launch a GUI tool from Cerberus, tools like Armitage, vega or whatever you like!
